Bita's Art Centre

Bita Amani is the head instructor and creative director of the Bita's Art Centre. Bita grew up in Iran . She has been drawing and painting from childhood and fondly remembers her father bringing sheets of paper home for her to use. She studied art under many well known artists and professional instructors. She continued to pursue her passion by completing four years program at the university of art in Iran. Bita continued her education in Canada at OCAD and George Brown college.

In 2001 Bita moved to Canada . She immediately became involved in the local art scene. She participated in many work shops , exhibition and joined to the local art community and became a member of the Richmond Hill Group of artists and also worked as an active director on the board of Arts Richmond Hill.

At the same time she opened her own art studio in richmond Hill As well as continuing her own artistic development and education, Bita has been sharing her knowledge, artistic skills and experiences with her many various levels and ages of students, for over 15 years. Her students have been her life, Bita’s dedication, motivation and gentle ways have encourage her students to flourish.

Bita has participated in several juried and non juried art shows and exhibited her art works at many art galleries and events.

Also she encourages her students to exhibit their art works for any events and contests and festivals every year.Bita's students art work are admired by visitors as outstanding artistic technique ,at every art exhibit.
