TERMS & POLICIES

 

Refund & Cancellation

​

  • Monthly Tuition fee for classes is not refundable nor transferrable.  

  • Your monthly fee is due on the first week of each month.  

  • You can register at any time during the month and your fees will be prorated.  

  • Registrants may cancel from a program with 2 weeks’ notice in writing.  If the 2 weeks’ notice is not provided, the initial deposit will be held back.  

  • There is a 2 week notice required to cancel summer camp.

  • Bita Art Centre, reserves the right to cancel or suspend courses or change teachers.

Pick up and Drop off

 

  • We ask you to pick up and drop off students on time.  Most classes are held back to back with no break in between and arriving on timely manner is crucial in maintaining the order and quality of the program.  

  • Parents or students must ensure to sign in and sign out upon arrival and departure for each session. 

 

Publicities

 

  • Bita Art Centre reserves the right to photograph children or their work and use the pictures for publicity purposes.  The parents’ consent to take photos of their children is granted on the registration form.  Should you object to the use of your photo or your child’s photo in promotional materials, please inform us in writing at the time of registration.  

 

Snack and allergies

 

  • Students are welcome to bring along healthy snack or juice to the class, however due to severe life threatening allergies, no nut products are permitted in the centre.

Missed classes / Make-ups 

 

  • Bita Art Centre do not offer refunds to students who miss classes due to illness, vacations, emergencies or other events beyond our control including but not limited to inclement weather conditions. However, students can ask for up to 1 make up session per month if the class is missed and a notice is provided to the instructor prior to the class.  The make-up session must be taken in the same month the class was missed.  There will be no make-ups on make-ups.

Trial Classes

​

  • Bita Art Centre gladly offers one trial session per student prior to registration.  Please contact us to book your trial session at any time.
